Includes: 60-90 min consultation in your home. Advice about remodeling or renovations, suggestions on furniture placement, color choices, material selections, and how to bring your vision to life.
Great for the DIY clients who want to save a bit of money by tackling some projects themselves, but don’t know where to start. Or for those who are doing a minor renovation and just want a couple of suggestions or help making design decisions.
For Home Owner’s Doing Room Remodel or Full Flip/Renovation:

KITCHEN: $375
BATHROOM: $325
KITCHEN & BATH: $475
OTHER ROOMS: Please inquire.
Includes: 30 Min Consultation (with design preference questionnaire), then the sourcing of materials/ supplies/ products, and providing of two different design options (based on your preferences) for kitchen and/or bathroom renovations.
Samples are selected from my regular suppliers and brought back for you for approval. I can also make selections from suppliers of your choice and/or work around a product you’ve already chosen or fallen in love with.
Materials/Samples provided can include all or some of the following options: Hard Flooring, Soft Flooring, Counter-tops, Cabinets, Kitchen/Bath Hardware, Wall finishes, Paint Color, Wall Tile, and Light Fixtures (*Samples for Cabinets & Lighting will be photos with product information).
Once you approve selections, I’ll send away for the quotes you need and assist with purchase order approvals (if needed).
Each project is different depending on materials needed, and selection packages can be adjusted. The pricing above covers up to 7 hours of sourcing/room (10 hours for the kitchen w/bath package) and is limited to 2 different design options. Projects that take longer than the allotted hours or need additional design options (if requested) will be billed at an additional hourly rate.
*Sourcing of stairs/railings, fireplaces, plumbing fixtures, appliances, mirror/glass, case/base, lockout, windows/door, and exterior products, is optional at an additional hourly rate.
*You may not be able to keep samples if I get them on loan, however I will supply you with photos and a record of all product information.
For New Builds/Building Companies:
PRODUCT SELECTION & DESIGN -BUILDER PACKAGE:
$1500 and up. (Price depends on sqft/hours needed but rates are competitive, please inquire.).
INCLUDES: Sourcing/Selections for 2 different design options, Quotes, Drawings, Summaries, progress reports, and working alongside project manager to meet deadlines and complete build.
Includes all or some of the following:
*Plumbing Fixtures *Appliances *Stairs *Railings *Doors & Windows *Lockout *Fireplaces *Wall Finishes *Mirror/Glass *Shelving *Cabinetry/Mill-work, *Base/Casing *Counters *Flooring *Lighting Fixtures *Window Coverings *Wall Tile *All Hardware.
*Exterior Selections available at an additional charge.
For Real Estate Agents/Listings:
HOME STAGING PACKAGE
$300 and up. (Price depends on sqft/hours needed but rates are competitive; please inquire.).
Includes: Meeting with sellers/agent in the home to lay out a plan of action to make the place look fabulous and stand out from the competition!
This includes: recommending placement of furniture/accessories, helping to move items, decorating & staging advice, advice on what needs to be painted or repaired before selling, and tips on what to pack away or hide for showings. Although I can usually use the owner’s own furniture and art work to stage the home, I can also assist with shopping and sourcing new furniture/accessories if that is needed or preferred.
*I also have access to a 16 ft covered moving trailer if needed for pick-up/drop off of any staging furniture. Delivery charges apply.
