This was a house one of my clients flipped in Fairview. I sourced all of the materials (aside from the kitchen cabinets), re-designed the layout of the main floor, and added a huge 5 piece ensuite onto the master bedroom. I finally got a chance to try out some hand painted hexagon tile in the bathrooms and they turned out amazing. Absolutely one of my favorite tiles at a score of a deal!!!  We also renovated the basement, creating 2 bedrooms, a family room and a full bath 🙂  I was hoping to add barn doors to some of the closets, but the client went with pocket doors instead. Still turned out great but I will definitely add some barn doors to my next project! lol.
